TC 7030 High-Build Epoxy

Tapecoat TC 7030 FS Fast-Set Epoxy is a two-part, 100% solids fast curing epoxy

  • 100% solids/ No VOC
  • Can be applied 30 mils in a single application
  • Maximum service temperature is 300°F (149°C)
  • Fast cure allows backfill in 2-3 hours at 70F and 50% relative humidity
  • Can be reinforced with TC Reinforcing Scrim to increase abrasion and impact resistance
  • Meets NACE RP0105 and ASNI/AWWA C210

TC 7000 Epoxy

Tapecoat  TC 7000 Epoxy is a two-part high-temperature epoxy.

  • 100% solids/ No VOC
  • Maximum service temperature 300°F (149°C)
  • Can be used as a standalone pipeline coating or as a primer for Tapecoat High-Temperature Tapes
  • UV stable for above ground applications with minor color change due to oxidation
  • Can be backfilled in 2-3 hours at 70F and 50% relative humidity
  • Meets NACE RP0105 and ANSI/AWWA C210

 

TC 7025 EZ Flow Epoxy

Tapecoat TC 7025 EZ Flow Epoxy is a two-part easy to apply all purpose epoxy coating.

  • 100% solids/ No VOC
  • Easier to apply with longer working time than other Tapecoat Epoxies
  • Maximum service temperature is 165F (74C)
  • Can be backfilled in 4-5 hours at 70F and 50% relative humidity
  • Meets NACE RP0105 and ANSI/AWWA C210

TC 7100 Wet Bond Epoxy

Tapecoat  TC 7100 moisture tolerant epoxy is a two-part 100% solids epoxy

  • 100% solids/ No VOC
  • Can be applied to damp surfaces
  • Maximum service temperature 165F (74C)
  • Can be backfilled in 4-5 hours at 70F and 50% relative humidity
