EMC53-1 is an aromatic, moisture-cured polyurethane resin designed for industrial coatings. It cures to form a high-gloss, abrasion-resistant film with excellent mechanical properties including 85% elongation and 5000 psi tensile strength. Suitable for wood flooring, epoxy-coated concrete, and metal surfaces. Apply above 50°F and reseal containers with nitrogen. Solids content is 40–43%, viscosity 50–100 cPs, VOC <350 g/L.
