SF27 is a single-component, water-based aliphatic polyester polyurethane dispersion that is NMP- and APEO-free. It offers solvent resistance and strong physical properties without traditional crosslinkers. With solids content of 34–36%, viscosity of 25–400 cPs, pH between 7.0–8.5, and VOC below 50 g/L, SF27 forms tough, flexible films ideal for coatings on wood, concrete, metal, and flexible substrates. Compatible with acrylic emulsions and Chase QW resins, and can be crosslinked with carbodiimides or aziridines.
Designed for high-performance coatings and flexible substrates, SF27 delivers excellent durability, solvent resistance, and low VOC compliance. Its compatibility with acrylics and Chase QW resins makes it a versatile base or modifying resin. Ideal for wood coatings, auto interiors, concrete, and metal applications.
