A 3/8″ thick rock shield made of closed cell polyethylene foam laminated to a polyethylene film backing. It will protect pipeline coatings by isolating and cushioning the pipe from soil stress, abrasion, rocks, and debris. Also protects against destructive backfill while allowing the cathodic protection system to maintain an uninhibited current flow.
