ZapZorb P6 is a blend of 75% superabsorbent polymers and 25% wood fiber that rapidly solidifies a wide range of high solids, liquid-bearing wastes with minimal amendment rates (0.25%-1% wt/wt). Mechanical mixing is advised.

Overview

ZapZorb P6 is a high-performance blend of 75% superabsorbent polymers and 25% wood fiber, engineered to solidify high-solids, liquid-bearing waste efficiently at minimal amendment rates (0.25%-1% wt/wt). It meets EPA Paint Filter Test standards, reduces disposal and transport costs, eliminates waste bulking, minimizes handling, and requires no special PPE. Suitable for solidifying sludges, sediments, HDD drill cuttings, oil and gas drilling fluids, and mixed waste streams.

Why use Superabsorbent Polymers for Solidifying?

Superabsorbent Polymers (SAPs) are non-toxic, cross-liked polymers that offer the highest absorption capacity, hydration speed, and long-term liquid retention of any liquid waste solidification technology on the market. Environmental remediation and waste management professionals drastically reduce liquid waste handling time and costs with high-performing ZapZorb solidifiers.
