QW4018-1 is a single-component aliphatic polyester polyurethane dispersion that is NMP-, TEA-, and APEO-free. It offers excellent chemical and abrasion resistance without traditional crosslinkers. With solids content of 34–38%, viscosity of 0–250 cPs, pH between 7.0–8.5, and VOC at 176 g/L, it forms tough, flexible films ideal for demanding coatings and adhesives. Compatible with acrylic emulsions and Chase QW resins, and can be crosslinked with carbodiimides or aziridines.
Tailored for high-performance coatings and adhesives, QW4018-1 delivers extreme toughness, solvent resistance, and low VOC compliance. Its compatibility with acrylics and Chase QW resins makes it a versatile base or modifying resin. Ideal for wood floors, furniture, flexible films, and auto interiors. Offers excellent durability without sacrificing clarity or flexibility.
