A 60 +/-5 mils thick fiberglass reinforced, polymer modified bitumen based sheet membrane used in conjunction with the Roybond Primer-Adhesive Series. The typical uses are as a waterproofing membrane on bridge or parking garage decks, highways and tunnels.
The Royston 10A Easy Pave is a state-of-the-art waterproofing membrane designed for superior performance in demanding environments. Comprised of a prefabricated reinforced laminate, this membrane features an impregnated woven fiberglass and a high-strength inner core, all sandwiched between layers of polymer-modified bitumen. The advanced design allows for flexible installation, accommodating minor movement due to thermal expansion and contraction, while offering excellent tensile strength and puncture resistance.
The spun-bonded polyester top surface enhances protection against mechanical damage from construction traffic, promoting durability and longevity. A unique 3-inch leading edge ensures a positive compound-to-compound seal at the overlap. For additional sealing, transverse seals can be easily executed using Royston Flex-Flo Adhesive Sealant, Royston 104 Caulkable Mastic, or heat sealing methods. These characteristics make it an ideal solution for a variety of applications where reliability and performance are critical.
