MC75 is a one-component, oil-free aliphatic polyurethane resin that cures via ambient moisture to form a tough, non-yellowing, abrasion-resistant film. Designed for coatings on wood, concrete, and ceramic substrates, it delivers 85% elongation, 5000 psi tensile strength, and impact resistance up to 160 inch-pounds. Solids content is 40 ± 1%, viscosity ranges from 60–125 cPs, and VOC is 576 ± 8 g/L. Apply above 50°F and reseal containers with nitrogen to prevent moisture exposure.
Engineered for architectural and industrial coatings, MC75 offers superior UV stability and gloss retention. Its aliphatic chemistry ensures long-term clarity and durability, outperforming many two-component systems. Ideal for hardwood floors, seamless concrete systems, ceramic tiles, and conformal coatings in electronics. VOC rating of 576 g/L supports performance in solvent-based applications.
