QC4820

QC4820 is a solvent-based aliphatic polyester urethane lacquer designed for surface coatings requiring abrasion resistance and weathering durability. It cures by solvent evaporation and forms a clear, tough film with tensile strength of 6,000–12,000 psi and elongation of 450–500%. Solids content is 27 ± 1.5%, viscosity ranges from 9,000–13,000 cPs, and weight per gallon is 7.9 lbs. Compatible with xylol and PM solvents.

Ideal for ink and paint binders, screen printing base coats, and clear top coats. QC4820 delivers excellent hydrolytic and light stability, making it suitable for industrial and decorative applications. Its solvent system ensures fast drying and strong adhesion across various substrates.
