SF5000 is a solvent-free, two-component water-based hydroxyl-functional urethane resin designed for demanding coatings and finishes. When combined with an isocyanate curative (e.g., Henkel QZ91), it forms durable, long-wearing films with excellent exterior resistance. With solids content of 37–39%, viscosity of 10–200 cPs, pH between 7.0–8.5, and VOC below 20 g/L, SF5000 is ideal for wood, vinyl, VCT, and epoxy-primed concrete. It also performs well as a protective topcoat for clear polycarbonate architectural panels.
