Tapecoat Flangecoat is a 100% solid, single component thixotropic caulking material designed to prevent rust and corrosion of flanges.

  • 100% solids/ No VOC
  • After taping exterior of a flange, Flangecoat fills the flange crevice with a specially formulated blend of resins and polymers to provide corrosion protection
  • Available in both 12 oz and 29 oz caulking tubes

Moldable Sealant

Tapecoat Moldable Sealant is a 60 mil, cold applied, dielectric putty designed contour surfaces prior to application of Tapecoat Elastomeric Tapes.

  • VOC Free
  • Release liner on both sides of Moldable Sealant
  • Maximum service temperature is 140F
  • Meets NACE SP0109 and ANSI/AWWA C209 and C216

Profile Putty

Tapecoat Profile Putty is a wax blend putty filled with expanded polystyrene beads

  • designed to fill gaps and contour surfaces prior to application of petrolatum or wax based tapes

Butyl Moldable Sealant

Royston Butyl Moldable Sealant is a 125 mil, cold applied, dielectric putty designed for use up to 185°F (85°C) to fill gaps and contour surfaces prior to the application of Tapecoat and Royston Butyl tapes.

  • Release liner on both sides of Butyl Moldable Sealant
  • Meets NACE SP0109 and ANSI/AWWA C209 and C216
