Omniprime

Omniprime is a single component universal primer which can be used with Tapecoat cold or hot applied tapes.

  • Low VOC and meets the most stringent VOC regulations
  • Required primer for TC20, 6025, HT/MB for applications up to 180F
  • Required primer for Tapecoat Elastomeric Tapes below 40F
  • Optional primer for Tapecoat Elastomeric tapes above 40F

Roybond 747

Roybond 747 is a single component primer for Greenline and Handy Cap:

  • Required primer for Greenline and Handy Caps
  • Available in liquid and aerosol packaging

epoxyTC 7000 Epoxy

Tapecoat  TC 7000 Epoxy is a two-part high-temperature epoxy.

  • 100% solids/ No VOC
  • Maximum service temperature 300°F (149°C)
  • Can be used as a standalone pipeline coating or as a primer for Tapecoat High-Temperature Tapes
  • UV stable for above ground applications with the minor color change due to oxidation
  • Can be backfilled in 2-3 hours at 70F and 50% relative humidity
  • Meets NACE RP0105 and ANSI/AWWA C210
