HumiSeal announces its NEW reduced bubble conformal coating to SMT Nuremberg 2022
HumiSeal, a leading conformal coatings manufacturer, has announced it will use the SMTconnect event in Nuremberg, Germany (10th – 12th May 2022) to launch a brand-new product designed to specifically address the reduction of bubbles being experienced by some users of conformal coatings. Visitors to the HumiSeal stand in Hall 4-211 will discover more about the new product called 1B73/730EU which features a totally new solvent blend which reduces bubbles during application.
HumiSeal 1B73/730EU is a single component, fast drying, acrylic conformal coating intended for use on printed circuit assemblies. HumiSeal® 1B73/730EU is specially formulated with a new solvent blend to reduce bubbles during application. HumiSeal® 1B73/730EU is formulated with the same base acrylic resin as HumiSeal® 1B73, and after complete cure, the properties of HumiSeal® 1B73 and the 1B73/730EU Pre-blends are comparable.
HumiSeal® 1B73/730EU is also available at a range of viscosities, suitable for a variety of application methods without further dilution and has the following advantages:

– Protection against moisture / salt environments and general contaminants.
– Fluoresces under UV for ease of inspection and is easily repaired
– Easy removal using HumiSeal® Strippers.
– Improved application properties with reduced bubbles when applied with selective coating equipment
