UV Curable Adhesives
Humiseal UV curable adhesives are single component, acrylated urethane-based polymers that crosslink to tough and resilient adhesives with exposure to UV light. UV curable adhesives are excellent for high speed or high volume applications where fast or immediate curing is required. In addition, their single-component curing mechanism results in consistent and reliable performance without concerns about mix ratios or generation of heat. Advantages and properties of Humiseal UV curable adhesives include:
- nearly instantaneous cure
- no mixing or measurement required
- resistant to many chemicals and gases
- excellent bonds to most traditional substrates.
